Background

Hi everyone! My name is Kelsie Hill. I am one of the personal trainers at ZNT. I've been dedicated to personal training for over a year now. I have over 12 years of fitness instructing background. My love for my fitness started when I was only 8 years old. I started as a gymnast and trained at high levels until I was 16. I recently picked up gymnastics again and started competing again. I coached gymnastics for 10 years and moved over to personal training once I completed my degree in Exercise Science at The University of Louisville. I wanted to move on to Personal Training because I love helping people get to the goals they want to reach! I love watching growth in not only the fitness side, but also spiritually! I am not a boring coach, I will sing and dance with you to make things go by easier and faster! I specialize in analyzing clients' health and exercise needs and am able to develop suitable programs and nutrition guidance based on individual fitness goals. I have coached a variety of types of fitness including CrossFit, powerlifting and weightlifting, sports-related training, weight loss and muscle gain!
